`oc debug` - Launch a new instance of a pod for debugging

oc debug (POD | TYPE/NAME | node/NODE) [-- COMMAND]

Options you will use

node/NODE: a privileged host pod in a temporary openshift-debug-* namespace, / mounted at /host
-- COMMAND: run one command and exit

Examples

$ oc debug node/worker-1

then: chroot /host; crictl ps; journalctl -u kubelet

$ oc debug deploy/web

a copy of the pod with sh as the command (for crash-looping images)

Gotchas

RHCOS nodes are managed: debug through oc debug node, not SSH. Changes you make by hand are reverted by the Machine Config Operator.
